In this 6-hour workshop, board members and school leaders will learn to prepare and lead vibrant and effective meetings with an emphasis on supporting participatory decision-making, and cultivating reflective practices towards continued improvement. Using foundational principles, participants will learn to develop balanced agendas, facilitate active engagement, and inspire teams to work harmoniously to achieve goals while building a sense of community, and shared purpose. Learn essential facilitation techniques, and leave energized to apply new strategies in your meetings.
