Over two days, January 22-23, 2027, you will meet colleagues from across the continent, deepen your understanding of the mission of Waldorf education, and gain practical tools to bring back to your board.

This is more than a conference. It is an investment in the future of Waldorf education—and in your own capacity to lead with purpose and to be part of a growing collaborative network. It builds on the past 5 years of work by Leading with Spirit to provide support to boards through its Prepared to Serve training program - involving over 50 schools and 350 participants.
