Leading with Spirit is a part-time two-year professional development program designed to support administrative leadership in Waldorf Schools and Collaborative Institutions across the continent. The program includes three week-long summer intensives, professional mentoring over two years, independent research projects and participation with a cohort of colleagues online over two years. Completion of the course also requires participation in four weekend professional development seminars.

The summer intensives are based on the successful certificate and Master’s Program in Waldorf School Administration and Community Development offered at Sunbridge College between 1993 and 2008.
